Wenceslao Pedernera (1936–1976) was a vineyard worker in Mendoza, Argentina, an organizer for the Catholic rural movement, and a collaborator of Bishop Enrique Angelelli. He was assassinated during the military dictatorship. Recognized as a martyr by the Catholic Church, he was beatified on April 27, 2019, in La Rioja, Argentina, by Cardinal Giovanni Angelo Becciu.
