Saint Theodosius, Bishop of Chernigov, born into the Polonitsky-Uglitsky family around 1630 and died in 1696, was an Orthodox archbishop of the Eparchy of Chernigov who was canonized by the Russian Orthodox Church in 1896. His feast day in the Julian calendar is February 5, as well as September 9 for the translation of his relics.
