Rita Josefa Pujalte Sánchez, in religion Rita of the Sorrowful Virgin (Aspe, February 18, 1853 – Canillejas, July 20, 1936), was a Spanish religious of the Congregation of the Sisters of Charity of the Sacred Heart of Jesus. Executed by firing squad during the Spanish Civil War, she was beatified by Pope John Paul II in 1998.
