Servant of God Paulin Enfert

Paulin Enfert, born in Nevers on July 5, 1853, and died in Gien on September 1, 1922, was a Catholic activist and philanthropist. Initially concerned with catechizing underprivileged youth in the Maison-Blanche neighborhood of the 13th arrondissement of Paris, this layman was responsible for the creation of two youth centers and several charitable organizations in the district, including La Mie de Pain, which still exists in the 21st century.
