Paul Vũ Văn Dương (also known as Đổng) (Vietnamese: Phaolô Vũ Văn Dương) (born c. 1792 in Vực Đường, Hưng Yên Province, Vietnam – died June 3, 1862, in Nam Định, Vietnam) was a martyr and a saint of the Catholic Church. Paul Vũ Văn Dương was born in Vực Đường in Hưng Yên Province. Known for his integrity, he was chosen to manage all the property belonging to his parish church. During the persecution of Christians, he was arrested on November 25, 1860. He was subsequently tortured to force him to renounce his faith. He was beheaded on June 3, 1862. His feast day is November 24, as part of the group of the 117 Vietnamese Martyrs. He was beatified on April 29, 1951, by Pope Pius XII and canonized by Pope John Paul II on June 19, 1988, as one of the 117 Vietnamese Martyrs.
