Paul Tchen (Chen Changpin) (April 11, 1838 – July 29, 1861) was a Chinese Catholic saint and martyr, born on April 11, 1838, in Xintian (Guizhou province) and beheaded in Qingyang on July 29, 1861. A seminarian, he was condemned and executed. His remains were repatriated in 1920 and rest at the Cathedral of Notre-Dame de Paris.
