Saint Martha of Tambov

Martha of Tambov (in monasticism Margarita; born Martha Petrovna Aparina; early 18th century, Saransk – September 1 (14), 1800, Tambov) was a schema-nun of the Russian Orthodox Church, a Kirsanov starets, and the founder of the Tikhvin-Theotokos Monastery in the city of Kirsanov. She is a venerable saint, commemorated on July 28 (Julian calendar) and in the Synaxis of Tambov Saints.
