Margarida de Chaves (Ponta Delgada, 1530 – Ponta Delgada, September 8, 1575) was a matron from the city of Ponta Delgada, in the Azores, who was declared a Venerable of the Roman Catholic Church due to her virtue and the miracles attributed to her intercession. Although her canonization process was not completed, she is frequently referred to as Saint Margarida de Chaves.
