Biography

Julius of Caerleon was an English martyr. He was murdered in 303 or 304 in Quadra Legionum (modern-day Caerleon) alongside Aaron of Caerleon during the Diocletianic Persecution. The source for his martyrdom is De Excidio et Conquestu Britanniae by Gildas. His feast day is June 22.
