Biography

Honoratus of Marseilles (died in the 5th century) was a Bishop of Marseilles, a continuator of Gennadius of Marseilles, a Church Father, and a saint of the Catholic Church. He is believed to be the author of the Life of Saint Hilary of Arles. His numerous works have not survived. He died after 492 in Marseilles. His liturgical memorial is celebrated on August 31.
