Saint Gregorio de Auxerre

Gregory of Auxerre (died 528) was a saint and the 12th Bishop of Auxerre, active during the first quarter of the 6th century. His name is often accompanied by the title "Pope"; until the 6th century, this title was common to all bishops and was used more frequently if the bishop was elderly.
