Girons or Gerontius (from the Gascon Gironç, derived from the Latin Gerontius) is a 5th-century Christian saint. According to legend, he was one of the six companions of Saint Sever who came to evangelize Novempopulania, along with Clair of Aquitaine, Justin of Tarbes, Babylas, Polycarp, and John.
