Gemma of Goriano Sicoli (c. 1375 – 1439 or 1426), also known as Saint Gemma Spera or Saint Gemma the Recluse, is an Italian saint celebrated in the town of Goriano Sicoli. Her life is recounted in the Bibliotheca Sanctorum, Volume 6, page 103, drawn from a 17th-century document by Muzio Febonio. It is also recorded in the Marsicana Reggia by Pietro Antonio Corsignani.
