Ermenfroy or Ermenfroi (Ermenfredus in Latin) was a saint of Germanic origin who lived in the 7th century in the Doubs region, where he is particularly venerated. Initially a monk at Luxeuil, he founded the priory of Cusance on the ruins of an ancient convent of nuns, becoming its abbot.
