Encarnación Gil Valls (Ontinyent, January 27, 1888 – L'Olleria, September 24, 1936) was a Catholic martyr killed during the Spanish Civil War. She was considered extremely dangerous by anti-religious authorities because she cared for several children and instilled religious values in them, for which she was martyred.
