Biography
Benito Latras y Loriz, better known as "Cosán" (Cos Sant or holy body), was an abbot of the Monastery of Santa María de Alaón and a deputy of the Cortes of Aragon. He is popularly regarded as a saint; his body was preserved incorrupt in the monastery's crypt until it was charred during the Revolution of 1936.
