Saint Bérégise d'Andage

Saint Bérégise of Andage (or Bergis), born around 670 in the locality of Spange near Emptinne in the province of Namur, Belgium, and died on October 2, around 725, at the Abbey of Saint-Hubert in the Belgian Ardennes province of Luxembourg, was a cleric trained at the Abbey of Saint-Trond, called by Pepin of Herstal to be the founder of the Abbey of Saint-Hubert (Belgium). His feast day is October 2.
