Saint Aurelius (from the Latin aurelius, golden, valuable as gold) (Córdoba, 825 – ibid., July 27, 852) was a Christian martyred during the Caliphate of Abd al-Rahman II and canonized by the Catholic Church alongside his wife, Saint Natalia. They are considered two of the 48 Martyrs of Córdoba. His feast day in the Catholic calendar is July 27.
