Biography
Andrej Majcen was a Catholic priest and missionary born in Maribor in 1904 and a member of the Salesians of Don Bosco. Throughout his life, he held citizenship in Austria–Hungary, the Kingdom of Yugoslavia, the Socialist Federal Republic of Yugoslavia, and Slovenia. He died in Ljubljana in 1999 and is currently recognized by the Catholic Church as a Servant of God.
