Alexey Alexeyevich Mechev (Saint Righteous Alexius of Moscow; March 17 [29], 1859, Moscow — June 22, 1923, Vereya, Moscow Governorate) was a clergyman of the Russian Orthodox Church, a prominent Moscow archpriest of the early 20th century, and rector of the Church of Saint Nicholas in Klenniki. He was canonized as a saint by the Russian Orthodox Church in 2000.
